FD Stonewater was selected by Garrison Investment Group to serve as the asset manager for its five building Reston, VA portfolio, which totals 596,897 square feet. The portfolio is comprised of Reston Corner I, II, & III and Parkridge V and Parkridge II. The FD Stonewater team is also providing federal government leasing services and construction management services for the entire portfolio. Redevelopment of the lobbies, new amenities including fitness center, food service, club rooms, restrooms, bike share, electric car charging stations have all been completed. Over 20 new deals totaling 250,000 sf have been executed to date.
