Alside Distribution Center

FD Stonewater recently completed the acquisition of the Alside Distribution Center, a 222,554 square foot single-tenant value-add industrial building located in Yuma, AZ. The property is 100% leased to Associated Materials, an exterior homebuilding materials manufacturer. The property was purpose built in 2005 for the assembly and distribution of Alside branded windows. The industrial facility has 25-foot clear heights, an internal crane system, 50-foot column spacing, 22 dock high truck doors, and 60-foot concrete loading dock. The property’s location in Yuma, AZ, is mission-critical to the tenant’s operations and one of the company’s top producing manufacturing and distribution facilities. The FD Stonewater development team completed the building expansion in 2025, increasing the property size to 326,474 square feet.
