Student Housing at the University of Tennessee

FD Stonewater, in partnership with Preiss, is leading the development of two new student housing communities, each strategically positioned in high-growth markets. Signature on Grand is a 528-bed development located in a neighborhood setting with easy access to the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus. The property will feature a courtyard pool with poolside jumbotron, a two-story fitness center, and outdoor TV lounge areas. Additional amenities include dedicated study spaces as well as a bike and e-scooter storage facility. The Signature on Grand is thoughtfully designed and includes studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom floor plans. The living experience is enhanced by a tech-forward smart-home infrastructure designed for both convenience and sustainability. The project is slated for completion in summer 2027 and will bring premium, purpose-built student housing to one of the nation’s most prominent university markets.
