The Edition on Rosemary at UNC Chapel Hill

FD Stonewater entered into a Joint Venture with The Preiss Company, with Nuveen as a limited debt/equity partner, to build new campus-adjacent student housing facilities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on higher-education housing facilities, the project will be designed with health and safety standards in mind such as optimized circulation patterns, open-air atriums and courtyards, and multiple entrances/exits to minimize crowding. Sustainable design principles include low-flow plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, Energy Star appliances, smart thermostats, submetering, and utility benchmarking.
