FD Stonewater provided development and construction management services for the new Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Education Center located in Ward 8 of Washington, DC. FD Stonewater worked closely with the non-profit board from initial site selection to BZA special exception approval. Upon approval, FD Stonewater managed the design, permitting, and construction process of this vital community project that provides essential early childhood education as well as counseling and training resources for children and families experiencing homelessness. The center serves approximately 100 children with space for potential expansion in order to grow the mission and reach of the organization well into the future.
