FD Stonewater represented Lehman Brothers in the 168,000 square foot lease renewal for the Department of Justice (DOJ) in the historic Bond Building in Washington, DC. The new long-term lease allowed the DOJ to remain in the building as the sole occupant for 15 years while also meeting ownership’s investment objectives. Simultaneously, the FD Stonewater development team worked closely with our leasing team and ownership to determine the most cost-effective ways to meet the government’s new lease requirements, which was critical in maintaining the government’s tenancy and meeting ownership’s objectives.
