As a Senior Development Manager at FD Stonewater, Dyer plays an active role in project leadership, oversight, and technical guidance for all aspects of development and construction management activities. Prior to joining the firm, Dyer was a Superintendent with Clark Construction, where he was directly responsible for the day-to-day management of subcontractor teams to ensure successful project delivery. Dyer earned his B.A. in History from the University of Georgia. He has been actively involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America and lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and three kids.
