As a Development Associate at FD Stonewater, George assists with all aspects of the development process and supports the firm’s expanding principal development and third-party construction management pipeline. George joined FD Stonewater after working independently as a Project Manager to pursue and execute office, industrial, and flex construction projects as an owner’s representative. Prior to Independent Construction Management, George was an Associate Project Manager with JLL’s Project & Development Services group, where he focused on pursuing, winning, and executing new large-scale industrial development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. George earned his BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and is fluent in three languages; Greek, Spanish, and Russian.
