Stephen is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team focused on business plan execution, financial planning, and investor relations. Stephen has also sourced, underwritten, and structured real estate acquisitions, and supported the firm’s CFO/COO through strategic business planning, financial analysis, and reporting across the company’s platforms. Prior to joining FD Stonewater, Stephen consulted with FTI on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, M&A and litigation engagements. Stephen earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgetown University in finance and real estate.
